Hello, I'm Yordan!
a software developer with attention to detail
I am a passionate software developer with some web, desktop and embedded development experience.
My primary focus is on backend development, often tinkering with computer vision 👁️.
Being a hobbyist myself, I've worked on numerous hardware-related projects 🔧.
Recently, I co-authored my first scientific article 📈.
I enjoy experimenting with 3D printing in my free time.
I've been coding since I was in the 7th grade when I started with Arduino 💚 and I've been
curious about technology since primary school 🏫. I've received various awards over the years and won multiple competitions 🏆.
I have my own web server at home that runs Ubuntu Server (no GUI) and it currently powers
all the services hosted on this website. 💻🥷
That's a list of languages and technologies I know.
ParKOMP - Parking of the future
The project aims to create a global automated access control parking system by recognizing vehicles’ license plates on all entrances and exits of a parking with the help of a custom LPR algorithm.
Accessify
Access control system intended for use in residential complexes and industrial facilities. Based on Arduino Mega. It is meant to be managed with a Windows application written in C#.
Reddit video scraper
Keeps track of the hottest reddit videos and saves them.
Stores video data into a MySQL database and then downloads videos to disk. Finally, puts the videos into compilations with a maximal desired length. Written in Python.
Advanced clicker
An easy-to-use program for clicking automation, autoclicker.
It can be used for performing tasks which need many clicks or just for cheating at click-based games.A friend of mine used it to renew a free Minecraft server every hour by autoclicking at the "I'm not a robot" captcha. How ironic!
